Certain happenstance led us to some big decisions and changes in plans.
During two days here at the Bouse RV Park, we enjoyed meeting the owners and other residents around a Friday night fire and Saturday morning breakfast outside the park’s club house. With karaoke, crafts, pool table, and the feeling of community here, we just felt at home! The town is small yet has a lot of great amenities including a little local grocery store, cafe, restaurant/bar, library, church, post office and even a beauty salon. I’d maybe compare it to Williamstown, VT but a little smaller. It is also about 1/2 hr to a larger town with a Walmart and plenty of other businesses.
Soooo… we found a nice used travel trailer and it will be parked here Feb. 1 on our seasonal site. Yay! We have plans to go to Scottsdale this week and then to the big RV show in Quartzsite.
